Final Soap Mag FC Draft 1

Myself and Catherine Tansey worked together on our ancillaries. We started by both drawing a plan of the Billboard and Front cover, we then added our best ideas together to come up with a final plan. My role was to focus mainly on the Front Cover doing editing and text.

Rejected Images for Ancillary

   

    This image was rejected because the lighting wasnt right. The right hand side is too shadowed and it makes it unable to see all of the characters face and body.

    This image was rejected because it has too much background in it. We planned to have a MCU of the character for our front cover and this didnt fit our criteria planned.

 

     This image was rejected because the audience are unable to see Beth's face. Her hair covers her eyes so it is hard to understand the mood of the image. Also the lighting's too dark and it has caused shadows on the right side of the photo. This can make the editing process on PhotoShop uneven.

Flat Plan of Magazine Front Cover

 

We worked as a group also to plan our front cover. Together we came up with ideas e.g. who was on the FC, the subheading and the Mag name. My role was to draw the plan.

We worked as a group planning the billboard. We brainstormed ideas and together drew up the best version of them as we could.
